Kit includes circuit board, 9 x LEDs, resistors, trimpot, transistors, capacitors, diodes, 4017 IC with IC socket, on/off switch, and a 9V battery holder with mounting hardware (9V battery not included). Soldering iron, solder, and cutters are required.
